History

Since 1872, techniques have been perfected and passed down through generations. Techniques that are still used today. Every touch gives the products a very individual touch. 600 years ago, the craft of one of the oldest materials in the history of mankind found its way to Zwiesel in Bavaria - where the story began in 1872.what company founder Anton Müller once established as a small table glassworks has now grown into a leading international glass specialist.

Environmental protection

The internationally patented TRITAN® crystal glass represents a milestone in the history of glass production. It is lead-free and sets new ecological standards: a glass set with a TÜV-certified eco-profile. Although glass melting is energy-intensive, glass is more suitable for recycling than many other materials, such as petroleum-based materials. For this reason, raw materials, production methods and design are coordinated in such a way that shape, breaking strength, hardness and return to the material cycle result in a harmonious whole.

In order to continue to build on this development in the future, the focus is consistently on improvement in all areas of the company. However, the greatest asset is the innovative strength of the employees, which has already resulted in numerous patents. The desire to ensure optimum function in every detail can be seen, for example, in new types of crystal glass without lead, a chuck with force compensation or innovative processing of hollow glass with a stem.
