Sustainability

The wood used for Peugeot mills comes from European forests with the PEFC™ label. Each salt/pepper mill is manufactured in France at the Franche-Comté site. The chips and sawdust from production are collected and recycled. In a constant quest for improvement, solvent-free paints are used to finish the mills. By employing local integration companies, the social dimension is also promoted and contributes to the valorization of local human work.

EPV Label

Peugeot's expertise has been recognized by the award of the prestigious "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (EPV, Living Heritage Company) label. This is a state award for French companies with outstanding craftsmanship and industrial know-how.
